As a social work professional I specialize in bringing presence to your workspace, home, car, etc. to increase productivity and reduce stress. The goal is to be able to stay focused and make sound decisions in any situation. This 45-minute session will have you feeling at ease and ready to take on the next challenge of the day.
I can extend the sessions to be longer or shorter based on your preference.
